These terms and conditions shall apply to and govern all contracts between us, as the 'seller' and you as the 'buyer.' These terms & conditions shall apply as the complete and exclusive terms of each contract and no variation in any documents from the Buyer including but not exhaustively any letter, receipt acknowledgement, or other form shall be effective unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree with our standard terms and conditions of sale and that they are legally binding and apply to all sales made. If you do not accept these terms, please do not buy from this website.

Acceptance Of An Order 

You are deemed to place an order with us when ordering online via our checkout process. We will email you a receipt confirming the products you have purchased. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We reserve the right to brand all our products and our packaging. We may refuse to accept any order if:

 a.) Goods are not available

b.) If we cannot obtain authorisation of your payment

c.) If there has been a pricing or product description error

d.) If the order is to be delivered outside the UK or to an area where delivery is unusually difficult

e.) If the order is for a personalised product and contains content which could be considered threatening, indecent, obscene, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.

f.) If we believe your order is for commercial or other inappropriate use.

g.) We do not sell alcoholic products to anyone under 18. We may refuse an order or refuse to make a delivery at our discretion. By placing an order you confirm that both you and the person the order is to be delivered to, are aged 18 years or over. 

Pricing & Delivery

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT.   We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your invoice address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver your products to a work address, a friend or relative.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible. Our office hours are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends or bank holidays. Unfortunately not all couriers will deliver on Saturdays or may charge a little more for a guaranteed Saturday delivery. If Saturday delivery is a guaranteed option, it will display this on the Delivery Options page. With all orders over £30 (excluding delivery cost) we offer half price delivery and this discount will automatically be applied at the checkout.

We always make every effort to despatch goods within the specified timescale. Fortunately it's not very often but sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot guarantee delivery times or accept any liability for late delivery. This applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers. We do not accept any liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. This includes any act of God, war, strike, lockout or other industrial dispute, fire, flood, drought, legislation or any other cause beyond our control.     

Some deliveries that are required outside mainland UK are not covered by our usual postal service. Therefore we reserve the right to contact you and make you aware of any additional postal charges. We also reserve the right to use any packaging materials we consider fit for purpose in protecting the product during transit.  

If the product(s) you have ordered do not arrive within 28 days of placing the order, 3P Direct Ltd except no liability unless you have informed us by email during this period. 

Order Cancellations

With most purchases you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to bespoke manufactured products we have personalised or customised specifically for you. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so immediately. Our preference is for you to do this by email to or by phoning us on 0345 900 3414. In order to provide a prompt and efficient delivery service some of our manufacturers process and manufacture our orders immediately on a 24 hours a day basis. This is why we need to be informed immediately if there is a problem after placing your order online. Please check your order on screen and the confirmation receipt carefully as we cannot refund products which have been miss-spelt.

When goods have already been dispatched to the buyer, we reserve the right to request that the buyer organise and return the goods at their expense. 

Returns & Exchange

If goods are confirmed as faulty by us and returned within 7 working days of receipt we will issue a credit note or an exchange. The returned item is your responsibility until it's received by us. We therefore recommend you send the parcel back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. Your rights to return the goods do not apply in the following circumstances:   

a.) Any products that have been made or personalised specifically for you.

b.) Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Where they have not been returned in their original packaging.

c.) Where you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.

d.) A perishable item that has been opened in anyway, consumed or disposed of, for example, sweets or drinks.

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because the product is defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item. The item(s) must be returned in the condition  in which you received it within 7 days of delivery. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.

When goods are confirmed as despatched from our own factory or one of our suppliers but are delayed and seem to have gone missing in transit. Our ability to react to this generally mirrors the Royal Mail missing items policy but may differ depending on the product. However as a general rule on greeting cards we will endeavour to deal with any issue within five working days of the card not being received and personalised gifts within ten working days of the gift not being received on the expected delivery date.      


We cannot and will not supply alcohol to under 18s. By placing your order you are confirming you and the person receiving the order are over 18 years old. For more information about responsible drinking visit


If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. Please note you can only use one discount code per order.

If You've Received The Wrong Item

If the item you have received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address and details of what has been delivered incorrectly. Please advise us also whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. 

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.


As monitor screen resolutions can differ, the colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website or your computer monitor. Please be aware that if colour is really important to you, your order is placed at your own risk. Boutique Gifts is a consumer gift supplier and as such deals with very large volume of orders at peak times. If your order is for business or the colours are critical or require pantone matching then we would recommend you contact our sister site Our sister site deals with companies and branding agencies that require pantone matching and colour consistency across a wide range of products. Minimum quantities will apply for orders placed via our sister site.


When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Returned items should always be returned in their original packaging. 

Photo Upload

When using the photo upload facility on the website, you agree not to upload or print any images that will cause distress or offence to any person.  It is your responsibility to ensure that express permission for any images you use has been granted by the owner of any image. BoutiqueGifts reserves the right to refuse to process any order that may cause offence or distress to others - in such a case we will refund any payment made. BoutiqueGifts will not be responsible for any copyright infringement by the buyer. 

Emoji's, Symbols and Special Characters 

Emoji's do not reproduce well when included in a text fields on any product and BoutiqueGifts take no responsibility for this. We would strongly recommend that Emojis are not included but if you feel they are essential, include them on your photo upload rather than in a text field. Emojis include all ideograms and smileys used in electronic messages and web pages. Emojis exist in various genres, including facial expressions, common objects, places and types of weather, and animals. Emojis are actual pictures instead of typographics and therefore are not appropriate for text fields. Please also refrain from using special characters such as plus symbols.

Copyright and all intellectual property on this website including all photographs and product images are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute anything from this website without written permission from BoutiqueGifts. This web site is normally available at all times. Due to the nature of the internet and online stores, we cannot be held responsible if the web site isn't available for any reason. Access to our site may be suspended temporarily without notice due to system error or for reasons beyond our control. 

Customer & Designers Upload

Any material or content you upload or transmit to BoutiqueGifts will be considered non-confidential. We have no obligations with respect to any such material. BoutiqueGifts and our nominees are free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate such material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied for all commercial or non-commercial purposes. You are prohibited from posting, uploading or transmitting the following:

- obscene, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, indecent, threatening, defamatory,blasphemous, offensive, pornographic, abusive, racial hatred, discriminatory, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.

- any material you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals.

- any material that could be considered a criminal offence

- any material which could be harmful such as computer viruses, logic bombs, trojan horses, worms, harmful or corrupted data of any sort. You may not misuse the website in any way, including hacking. 


While we endeavour to ensure the information on our website is correct and accurate we reserve the right to make changes to product materials, prices and descriptions without notice.  We exclude all liability and responsibility for any loss to income, profits, goodwill, data, or contracts in connection with this website in any way. This includes damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property due to downloading material or browsing this website or any websites linked to this website. If your use of material on this website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you assume all costs thereof.


These conditions and all other terms of Contract shall constitute the entire understanding and agreement between the Seller and the Buyer. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the English Law and fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
